After logging into your CStory account with your username or email and password, click on “Edit Profile” on your account page. It is just under your username! Make the necessary changes and remember to click “Save Changes”.
We hope you have had a good experience with CStory! If you had any problems or wish to provide us feedback, you can email us at email@example.com. We hope to see you again soon! To log out, simply click on “Log Out” at the bottom of the control panel on the left.
We understand that our subscribers access CStory on the go sometimes. We have made it compatible with all mobile devices. CStory works well on mobile phones and desktop browsers.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Only one user is allowed to use the CStory account at any time.
Don’t fret! With so many passwords to remember, it is inevitable if you forget your password. Here at CStory, we have made the process very simple.
- Click on “Forgot Password” when you’re at the log in page.
- Enter your email and click Submit.
- An email containing a link to reset your password will be sent (to the same email you have provided us with).
- Once you have clicked on the link in the email, it will redirect you to a page to reset your password.
With this new password, you will be able to log into your CStory account like you always do.
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Do remember to provide us with information about your account, such as your full name, your subscription level, company name (if applicable), and credit card details. We promise we will fix this for you.

When your subscription has ended, your account will be automatically archived. However, if you hope to delete your account before your subscription ends, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know why you are leaving us, maybe we can work something out. We will be sad to see you go.

Every subscription plan is tailored to suit different subscribers’ needs, from the individual subscriber to start-ups, small and medium businesses. If you are unsure of which subscription plan is most-relevant for you, click here.
You can subscribe to the Individual package which gives you access to 10 Library downloads and 1 Coach question which will be answered by our experienced team of marketing professionals.You can view their background here (link to bio pages).
If you signed up for a free trial, we will charge you at the end of your trial period. If not, we will charge you on the day you subscribe. Subsequently, you will be charged on the monthly or yearly anniversary date of your subscription.
After deciding on the subscription plan, click on “Buy Now”. After that, you will be redirected to the purchase page. On this page, you will be able to check the price of your selected plan. If you are using other currencies besides SGD (Singapore Dollar), we have provided conversions of the price into USD (US Dollar), HKD (Hong Kong Dollar), and INR (Indian Rupee). Prices are inclusive of 7% Goods & Services Tax (GST).
Additionally, you need to consider how long you want to use CStory for. We have 4 options for you to choose from – 1, 3, 6, 12 months. Once you click on the drop down menu on the left, you will be able to see these 4 options. Once you have selected 1 out of the 4 options, you may input your account information on the right. Click ‘Next’. Key in payment details and click “Next”. You will receive a notification email confirming your subscription.

Firstly, log into your CStory account with your email and password. Then, look for the “Subscriptions” tab on the blue control panel on the left. Click on it to view your subscription details.

To renew means you hope to stay on the current subscription plan but for a longer period of time.
To upgrade means you hope to choose another plan which is more suitable for you/your company.
Of course! Businesses know no boundaries and we have designed CStory to allow our subscribers to access their account from anywhere, anytime. At the moment, we have resources customised for Asia (excl. China). Send us feedback at email@example.com if you are looking for support in other countries.
The individual plan is designed to allow people to use CStory for personal use. These individuals should not subscribe with a business email. This plan offers up to 10 downloads from our Library and 1 Coach question every month.
This plan is for start-ups and micro businesses in terms of size and stage of growth. It includes up to 20 template downloads and 10 reports from our Library, 2 Coach questions, 1 video tutorial on various marketing topics and access to offline workshops and seminars every month.
The business plan is created for small and medium-sized businesses. This plan includes unlimited template downloads and reports, 4 Coach questions, 2 tutorials on various marketing topics and access to offline workshops and seminars every month
At CStory, we’ve created templates, that are essentially a suggested framework designed by our experienced marketing team. These templates have been tested effective by years of experience with clients. Through answering a set of questions that helps us understand the industry your business is in, as well as the platform you’re using, the CStory system (machine-learning) provides specialised templates that you can quickly adapt to your marketing needs.
These are reports from webinars, events, conferences or talks. For every event, we summarise it into a report so that you can understand the key highlights without having to be there physically. Our reports are not merely just summaries. We include opinions and suggestions on how you can use the information from these events for your business.
The Coach feature in CStory allows users to ask our experienced marketing team questions. These questions can range from “how to use CStory” to a specific marketing issue that your business is facing. We will answer any marketing-related question within 3 working days.
Users will be entitled to different numbers of Coach questions depending on their subscription plans.

- Business plan – 4 Coach questions
To ask us a Coach question, click on “Ask a question” on the dashboard. You will be able to input your question in the popup box.
To check how many Coach questions are left, click on “Coach Question Balance” on the blue control panel on the left. You will be able to see how many questions have been asked and how many questions you have left. Remember to spin-a-wheel for every three questions asked! You may win access to more CStory features or discounts in renewals or upgrades.
If you hope to receive more resources and materials to help you take control of your marketing, we’ve got you covered! CStory offers more template downloads, reports, tutorials, access to workshops and seminars, additional questions and faster responses to your questions. These can be accessed once you click on the “Top Up” tab on the blue control panel on the left.

Our events last anywhere between 2 to 4 hours. This is dependent on the topic and the trainer for each event. We also collaborate with partners for free events to introduce marketing topics and explain about CStory.
Unfortunately, all our templates and reports are in English for now. We will be looking to expand language support, so stay tuned!
It will be an immediate payment based on the plan you subscribe to.
We know that it is intimidating to commit to a long term plan, when you are unfamiliar with CStory. We recommend subscribing to our free plan to understand what CStory offers, after which you will be able to make a more informed choice.
You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org up to 7 working days after subscribing for a refund. Please note that you cannot apply for a refund after 3 Library downloads or utilising 1 Coach question.

Look out for the “Library Downloads” tab on the blue control panel on the left. Once you click on it, it will show all your downloads. You are able to filter your downloads according to media relations, how-to articles, business reports and media intelligence.

When you delete your account, all your account information is deleted automatically and permanently: we do not keep a copy of your account.

CStory or City Story, we created our logo based on our brand. Our logo is a silhouette of a city landscape which embraces all businesses in the city.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Stripe. More payment methods will be added soon, so stay tuned as we go along!
Stripe is a third-party payment solution that accepts credit card and debit card payments. It’s secure and quick, and can process payments almost immediately. CStory customers do not need a Stripe account to subscribe to CStory. All they need is a valid credit card or debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo. Stripe is secure as it follows the strictest security requirements in the industry.
An error message may appear when your credit card details are incorrect. Double check that the following details you have entered are correct: card number, expiry date, and CVV. Ensure that your card is a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Ensure you are authorised by your company’s owner or administrator to use your card. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if the issue persists.
